The Joint L1 Task Force, a group of Terra Classic (LUNC) developers, recently shared their Q2 plan which includes the timeline for upcoming network enhancements, governance suggestions, and more. In addition, the development team is aiming to implement the Cosmwasm v1.1.0 update (parity) in May which will let projects and builders on both the Cosmos and Terra Luna 2.0 chains once again construct on the Terra Classic chain. The consensus price goal is $0.0005 with a longer-term goal of $1.
Q2 Plan Includes Network Enhancements
The network enhancement consists of updating Cosmos SDK 0.45.11, Tendermint 0.34.24, Cosmwasm 1.1.0 (Parity), IBC to Kujira, a Cross-chain Liquidity Assessment, and a Tendermint to Comet Basic Function Testing (BFT) Analysis in the second quarter as stated by Joint L1 Task Force project manager LuncBurnArmy in their medium post dated April 29th . To ensure that these improvement are done on schedule ,a proposal will be put up for vote on Agora .
Community Concerns About Future Of Terra Classic
The community is concerned about future of Terra Classic especially after departure of two key developers professor Edward Kim and Tobias “Zaradar” Anderson . To address these concerns ,the development team has revised their strategy for upcoming quarter .
Consensus Price Goal & Long Term Goal
The consensus price goal set by joint task force team is $0.0005 with a longer-term goal of $1 . If they manage to complete all developments under budget then extra money will be put back into community pool at end of quarter .
